Police successful Longueuil, Que., are looking for personification who allegedly near a newborn babe astatine the doorstep of a location precocious Sunday night.

Investigators said successful a Facebook station Monday greeting that about 11 p.m. Oct. 5, an individual rang the doorbell of a location connected Bourgeoys Street, adjacent Boulevard Jacques-Cartier East and Boulevard Béliveau.

After they rang the doorbell, the personification reportedly near a newborn boy connected the doorstep and fled. The individuals wrong the location quickly called police.

The babe was taken to infirmary and is doing fine, investigators added.

The personification who allegedly abandoned the babe has not yet been identified. No explanation was released.
