A young man has died aft a clang successful Mississauga complete the Thanksgiving agelong weekend, constabulary say.
Peel Regional Police said they were called to the area of Airport Road and Orlando Drive about 9 p.m. connected Sunday for reports of a clang involving 2 vehicles and a motorcycle.
Officers arrived astatine the segment to find a motorcyclist who had suffered superior injuries. He was rushed to a section trauma centre, they said.
Paramedics described the rider’s injuries arsenic captious and life-threatening.
A spokesperson for Peel Regional Police later confirmed the motorcyclist, a 22-year aged man, had been pronounced dead.
Roads were closed Sunday evening successful the area but person since reopened.
